→ Yachts have a life vest for every passenger and crew member
→ Life jackets must be worn when any member of the crew deems it necessary
→ Emergencies on yacht must be reported to crew immediately
→ Crew instructions must be followed at all times
→ Smoking, vaping, and consumption of drugs on board are strictly forbidden
→ Only 1 passenger at a time is permitted into the cabin to use the washroom
→ Yachts are regularly sanitized between cruises

→ Ottawa Yacht crew are instructed to immediately end a cruise if any of the
following occur, without refund: harassment of crew, any violence, failing to
adhere to crew instructions, drunkenness, illicit activity, intentionally throwing
garbage overboard
→ If weather is unfavorable, a cruise may be altered, modified, rescheduled, or
refunded, at our discretion

2.5 & 3 HR ITINERARIES
1. PRE-DEPARTURE
→ Travelers choose meals & indicate any

→ Access free, massive, public parking
→ Split into Group 1 (yacht cruise) &
Group 2 (restaurant dining)
→ Group 1 limit is 24 people, divided into two
smaller groups per yacht (limit is 12

→ Group 2 can exceed 24 people
3. ARRIVAL & DISEMBARKATION (15 minutes)
→ Park, passengers walk 140 meters to Pirate
Restaurant & Marina
4. BOARDING & SEATING (15 minutes)
→ Group 1 boards yachts, assisted by crews
→ Group 2 directed to restaurant seating
5. 1ST DINE & YACHT ACTIVITY
(45 minutes • 2.5-hr itinerary)

→ Before walking through the marina gate, put
phones & keys in a pocket or bag
→ Crew escort passengers on docks
→ Crew help passengers board and disembark

PAYMENT
→ Payment for food & drinks is processed before
disembarking

→ For Ottawa Yacht, government-issued photo ID
required if paying by credit card
→ Ottawa Yacht uses Square on board to
process contactless payments
→ Gratuity is customary at the restaurant and on
yachts and should be regarded as a thank you
for a job well done, based on the satisfaction
level of your experience
→ A cleanup fee may be charged if excessive
cleanup time is required
CANCELLATION
IF YOU CANCEL
→ More than 3 days before tour: full refund
→ 48 to 72 hours before tour: 100 percent credit
for other cruise
→ Less than 48 hours before tour: no refund or
credit
→ Late or no show: no refund or credit
IF WE CANCEL
→ Ottawa Yacht crew are instructed to
immediately end a cruise if any of the
following occur, without refund: harassment
of crew, any violence, failing to adhere to
crew instructions, drunkenness, illicit
activity, intentionally throwing garbage
overboard
→ If weather is unfavorable, a cruise may be
altered, modified, rescheduled, or refunded,
at our discretion
