3. ARRIVAL (10 minutes)
→ Walk 140 meters to Pirate Marina
4. BOARDING (10 minutes)
→ Crew will greet you on sidewalk next to marina
→ Assisted by crew, pass through marina gate, walk along docks, and board yacht
5. CRUISING (2.5 hrs)
→ The yachts depart in daylight, 30 minutes before sunset
→ Captains navigate the yachts towards downtown, during sunset
→ Once downtown, yachts are anchored side-by-side for an intimate front-seat
view of the fireworks and to create a perfect space for socializing
→ Drinks and food are served
→ Fireworks start about 30 minutes after the sun sets, and last about 30 minutes
→ Yachts are untied, anchors raised, and Captains will slowly navigate to dock,
guided by city lights reflecting on the river in the night

CANCELLATION
IF YOU CANCEL
→ More than 3 days before tour: full refund
→ 48 to 72 hours before tour: 100 percent credit for other cruise
→ Less than 48 hours before tour: no refund or credit
→ Late or no show: no refund or credit
IF WE CANCEL
→ Ottawa Yacht crew are instructed to immediately end a cruise if any of the
following occur, without refund: harassment of crew, any violence, failing to
adhere to crew instructions, drunkenness, illicit activity, intentionally throwing
garbage overboard
→ If weather is unfavorable, a cruise may be altered, modified, rescheduled, or
refunded, at our discretion

CHECK IN & BOARDING
→ Arrive at least 15 minutes before boarding
→ Every passenger must digitally CHECK IN with
valid government-issued photo ID,

→ Please wait on the sidewalk until crew has
confirmed everyone’s check in
→ Only crew may open the marina gate
→ Before walking through the marina gate, put
phones & keys in a pocket or bag
→ Crew escort passengers on docks
→ Crew help passengers board and
disembark the yacht(s)
→ Footwear & socks must be removed,
unless told otherwise
→ Accessibility is not universal on our yachts
→ Anyone who arrives at the marina intoxicated
will not be permitted to board, without refund

high heels, spray-on sunscreen,

PAYMENT
→ Payment for food & drinks is processed at end
of the charter
→ We accept all forms of payment
→ Non-expired, government-issued photo ID
required if paying by credit card, names on
both must match exactly
→ We use Square to process contactless
payments
→ Gratuity is customary at the restaurant and on
yachts and should be regarded as a thank you
for a job well done, based on the satisfaction
level of your experience
→ A cleanup fee may be charged if excessive
cleanup time is required
CANCELLATION
IF YOU CANCEL
→ More than 3 days before tour: full refund
→ 48 to 72 hours before tour: 100 percent credit
for other cruise
→ Less than 48 hours before tour: no refund or
credit
→ Late or no show: no refund or credit
IF WE CANCEL
→ Ottawa Yacht crew are instructed to
immediately end a cruise if any of the
following occur, without refund: harassment of
crew, any violence, failing to adhere to
crew instructions, drunkenness, illicit activity,
intentionally throwing garbage overboard
→ If weather is unfavorable, a cruise may
be altered, modified, rescheduled, or
refunded, at our discretion
